Title:
PhD Student
Biography :
My research interests focus primarily on ancient Egyptian languages with a particular love for grammar and paronomasia (puns). My future research goals are to investigate color in ancient Egypt with particular attention paid to the evolution of color-words and the conceptualization of color. I am also interested in efforts to make ancient Egypt more accessible and have worked as the assistant director of the Indiana University Bloomington's Egyptian Heritage Digitization Project under Dr. Steve Vinson which creates photogrammetric 3-D digital models of ancient Egyptian artifacts from various museums.
