Biography

Raquel Robbins' research focuses on the depictions of The Laḫmu and other mythological anthropomorphic hybrids in Mesopotamian art and literature. Her goal is to display how the iconography and literary symbolism of these beings changes over time and how these changes reflect the continuity of traditions and cultural and religious innovations.
