NMC Welcomes New Department Manager

NMC welcomes new Department Manager Rebecca Higgins, who is taking up NMC’s newly created Department Manager position, effective May 9, 2022. 

Rebecca has been a Senior Manager and Director of Office Operations for the past five years at Top Hat, a Toronto-based company that specializes in providing technological support to educational institutions for building student engagement, comprehension, and learning.
Prior to Top Hat, Rebecca worked for more than a decade in a number of project and office management roles. She thus brings considerable management experience to her new appointment.
